Dr Javier Perez graduated in dental surgery in 2010.

His clinical practice is focused on dental implants and oral surgery, from simple single tooth replacements to complex reconstructions involving both soft and hard tissues.

Dr Javier has completed a Masters in Implant Dentistry MClinDent (Implant) in London over three years and was awarded a diploma in Oral Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of England, one of the most prestigious colleges in UK.
Dr Perez has trained in Oral Surgery at the Maxillofacial Unit in the Queen Victoria Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in South England. He is at the forefront of dental implants and oral surgery regularly attending National and International conferences to develop his skills and learn about the latest trends in Implantology.

At Dulwich Dental our implant team have placed over 5000 implants, often undertaking and being referred cases from other practioners. We also consult and treat cases where you may have been told that you are unsuitable for dental implants. Dr Javier is also a leading expert in simple and complex wisdom teeth extractions having a regular wisdom tooth extraction clinic at Dulwich Dental Office.

Outside of work Dr Javier spends the majority of his time with his young family, recently welcoming a new son (October, 2021). He enjoys spending weekends exploring London, especially going to local food markets.

Dr Sanjay Patel is the Clinical Director, his vision is simply to give the patient an exceptional level of care and experience whether it is routine, cosmetic, or implant based dentistry, using his vast experience gained from working Nationally and internationally. He undertakes the full spectrum of treatments from general dentistry, to cosmetic dentistry, smile makeovers dental implantology including reconstruction, and invisible braces.

He is the Lead Dental clinician at 3 practices undertaking both simple and complex dental implantology cases to replace anything from 1 missing teeth to a full arch reconstruction. Using the most advance techniques available to date we are proud that our implantology team has completed over 5000 Dental Implant Placements and has over 30 years combined experience. Dr Sanjay Patel has mentored dentists in all aspects of dentistry over the last 10 years, and is the dentists ‘dentist’.

Dr Sanjay Patel has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry including smile makeovers, invisible orthodontics, replacing missing gaps, and endodontic treatment and re-treatment. As the clinical director he continues to remain at the forefront of modern dentistry undertaking regular national and international training in all aspects. Dr Cavan Ho

Dr Cavan Ho graduated from Kings College London, Guy’s King and St Thomas’s dental hospitals, and undertook a senior house officer position in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Queen Alexandra Hospital
Incorporating the latest dental technology into his workflow, using both an intra-oral camera and the latest ‘3D teeth scanner’ as tools to aid patients in relating to their own oral health, Dr Cavan believes that ‘seeing is believing’. He thinks it is vital for patients to understand what is going on in their mouths to motivate long-term improvements and is very thorough in giving advice on how to maintain your health, through answering questions you may have and explaining any treatment options available.

Cavan enjoys smile design to help fix worn and broken teeth in people who have suffered from long-term tooth grinding or acid erosion using composite bonding (adhesive full mouth rehabilitation)

Dr Cavan respects that every patient is a unique individual presenting with their own set of circumstances, and that most times a person with dental phobia is not irrational, but likely has had a bad experience at the dentist in the past. He is very patient and understanding and is more than happy to work at your pace to get you back in control of your own dental health.

Outside of work he enjoys skateboarding, cooking, spending time with his nephew James (2 years old), as well as researching alternative dental therapy to help enrich his patient’s health journeys. He has learnt head and neck acupuncture to manage patients with jaw muscle aches (TMD / TMJ pain / TMJ Dysfunction), that can sometimes masquerade as morning headaches or head tension. For chronic suffers, he may make you a Sleep Clench Inhibitor to alleviate symptoms, whereas for acute problems, this is likely to be the first time you have a dentist refer you for a massage!

Dr. Jasmine Loke is a dedicated and professional specialist periodontist specialising in the management of gums and bone around teeth and implants. Her expertise lies in treating gum disease, gum recession, and gummy smiles.

Jasmine firmly believes in prioritising the interests and preferences of her patients above all else. Patients truly appreciate her approachable, caring, and gentle nature, which turns dental visits from fearful experiences into enjoyable ones.

After completing her Bachelor of Dental Surgery at King’s College London, Jasmine pursued further training in oral maxillofacial surgery in Manchester. However, her true passion lies in periodontal surgery, leading her to graduate with distinction from the King’s College London Periodontology Specialist Training MClinDent program, which is accredited by the European Federation of Periodontology (EFP). She has also achieved the M Perio with the Royal College of Surgeons of England and the MFDS with the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

Dr. Loke’s exceptional clinical abilities were acknowledged when she received the Best Final Year and 2nd Year Clinical Case Prizes during her specialty training at Guy’s Hospital. In 2023, she was also honoured with the British Society of Periodontology and Implantology Clinical Fellowship Award.

Dr. Salim Amirashayeri graduated from Peninsula Dental School in 2012 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery, following the completion of a Bachelor of Science degree. After qualifying, he undertook his Foundation Training in Bristol, where he began developing a strong foundation in evidence-based, patient-focused care.

Salim enjoys practicing all aspects of general dentistry, with a particular interest in restorative and cosmetic treatments. Heerel has a keen aesthetic eye and enjoys providing minimally invasive aesthetic treatments such as white fillings (composites) and tooth whitening. She has a relaxed demeanour which helps with first time clients, as well as regular patients. She is very competent in all aspects of general dentistry and very passionate in her field.

Chloe is a qualified Dental Hygienist and Therapist with a strong passion for oral health and patient care. Originally from Liverpool, Chloe completed her Bachelor of Oral Health at university in Australia, where she built a solid clinical foundation and developed a deep commitment to preventative dentistry and patient wellbeing.
After returning to the UK, Chloe made the move to London, embracing the fast-paced energy of the capital and the endless opportunities it offers—both professionally and personally. Since joining the Dulwich Dental Office team, she has quickly become known for her warm personality, calming approach, and dedication to helping patients feel at ease in the dental chair.
Chloe particularly enjoys working with nervous patients and takes pride in creating a relaxed and supportive environment. She is passionate about educating her patients on how to care for their oral health at home, and finds great reward in seeing real improvements in their confidence and overall wellbeing. Whether providing a routine hygiene visit or more involved gum therapy, Chloe approaches every appointment with care, precision, and empathy.
As a dual-qualified hygienist and therapist, Chloe also delivers restorative treatments and works closely with the wider dental team to ensure continuity of care. Dariel Fernandez

Dariel was raised in Barcelona where he achieved his qualification as a Dental Hygienist in 2015. He moved to London and in 2018 he gained his qualification as a Dental Nurse as well as qualifications in Orthodontic Nursing and Dental Radiography. In 2022 after months of evaluation period, he has registered in the UK as a Dental Hygienist.
His main areas of interest are periodontology, gum health and aesthetic treatments. He loves being a hygienist and is passionate about helping patients to understand the importance of good oral hygiene in the prevention of periodontal disease. Dariel enjoys keeping up to date with his knowledge by attending practical courses and conferences.
Dariel is a big fan of Marvel and DC and he enjoys reading comics, Manga and watching UFC. Also likes going to the gym as well as  outdoor activities like basketball, volleyball and running.

Thaisia Sophie Yendley

Thaisia is a dedicated and detail-oriented dental hygienist at Dulwich Dental Office, committed to helping patients achieve and maintain excellent oral health. She has a gentle yet thorough approach, ensuring every hygiene appointment is both effective and comfortable.

With expertise in gum disease prevention, stain removal, and tailored oral hygiene advice, Thaisia provides personalized care to meet each patient’s needs. She is passionate about patient education, empowering individuals to maintain healthy smiles beyond their visits.

Her friendly and reassuring manner makes her especially skilled at treating anxious patients, creating a positive dental experience for all.
